Erika is an Otaku, and if your character is from an anime, manga, or anime styled video game she's want to talk their ear off about it. As such, Erika's 4th walling comes in three delicious flavors. Please comment below so I know which one to apply to your characters.

A) Full Permission
Erika has full permission to talk about your character's series. Expect to hear all about her favorite ships, canon related theories, and various doujin projects. Spoilers are likely, and she'll probably want their opinion on various in canon issues.

B) Spoiler Free
Similar to the above, except that in this case, Erika has not read/seen/played past your character's canon point, and thus won't be spoiling anything. She will also avoid talking about things in the canon that the character in question wouldn't know.

C) No Fourth Walling
In this case, Erika will avoid discussing yours or any related series with your character. Her references will come from unrelated shows, although they may be from the same genre.

Personality:

If you were to ask one of Erika's friends to describe her, the first word they'd probably use is 'Otaku.' She talks endlessly about various manga, anime, and video games. In fact, it's almost impossible to have a conversation with her that isn't peppered with references to various series, characters, and pairings. SHe's read and seen enough that she can find an applicable reference no matter what the current situation is. Because most of her friends don't share her passion, she spends most of her time with Walker Yumasaki. The two of them can usually be seen side by side, often with a manga or doujin in their hands, debating the finer points of some show that no one else cares about. They have also both been known to write their own doujin and critique each other's work. It's nearly impossible to get them to shut up about this stuff, actually. At one point in book four, Dotachin gets fed up and asks them to stop talking about 2-D stuff for a while. They cheerfully agree, and then immediately begin discussing a new anime related figure that Walker just bought. Because figures are 3-D, naturally.

She's also got an avid interest in shipping, especially between guys. Especially between guys she knows, a point which tends to irritate her friends. She rather enthusiastically ships Shizuo with Izaya, despite all evidence that they hate each other. And after seeing a confrontation between Dotachin and Chikage, she decides that they would be a cute pairing too. Of course it's just as common to see her squeeing over fictional ships as well, and not all of them are shounen-ai. She's actually quite a fan of Ryuuji and Taiga from Toradora.

A lot of people see her as the type who lives constantly in a cloud of fantasy, rejecting reality as boring or inferior. This is actually not the case. Erika just has a rather unique view of reality. As she tells Masaomi, both fantasy and reality are equally valid. Neither is more important than the other. And if you view things that way, then you just rewrite the parts of your past that you don't like. Since they're the same as fiction, it's easy to say that they never happened. So if you're upset about a mistake you made in your past, consider that the first draft of your story, and write the next part differently.

Most of the time, Erika is extremely friendly and cheerful. Very outgoing, she'll talk to anyone who'll listen, and she very rarely get angry or upset about anything. She doesn't mind offering advice or favors either. However, it should be noted that her Otaku tendencies are hard to suppress. She happily agreed to help Mikado show his friend around town, but the first places she and Walker wanted to show them were anime stores and maid cafes. Having an interest in cosplay as well, she'll railroad people into trying on costumes if they aren't careful, like she did with Anri in book 10. And although she feels passionately about her interests, it doesn't bother her at all when people disagree or even dislike the things she does. She's far too easy going to get worked up about people dissing her favorite shows. (Although she's always up for a good natured debate.)

That said, Erika is a far more dangerous person than she appears to be. She's been a member of several different street gangs, and doesn't ever shie away from a dangerous situation. Her specialty is torturing people for information. She and Walker have a rather unique method of doing so. They offer their captive a stack of manga, asking him to choose one. Whatever he picks suggests the method of torture. For example, a guy who picked Black Butler had to endure them trying to tattoo his eye with Ciel's contract seal. They've taken these tortures far enough for one of thier friends to insist that they no longer us gasoline in his van. It's no wonder that she and Walker have a reputation of being crazy among their past gang associations. Since she joined the Dollars, however, there's been less opportunity for this dark side to rear it's head. (Except on rare occasions like the Kawazutano incident.) But it's by no means a thing of the past. She's quick to whip out various implements of torture in a crisis, although Dotachin usually tells her to put them away. And when Dotachin was attacked book 10, she vows to kill his assailants, smiling all the while.
